Like everybody else, I always think that any product that can help you to lose weight is not true. You would end up having diarrhea, cramps or falling sick. After all, these products are sometimes expensive. But, after I did some readings on the net about Herbalife and its use (not only to lose weight, but also to maintain or to put on weight), I decided to give a try. At first, with my salary, I felt it would be burdensome. I thought living in a place like RAUB and BENTONG, the price of food would be cheaper, but actually it is almost the same as in KL. A plate of nasi lemak with sotong cost you RM 3.50. That's for food. Then you need to drink also. A drink is about RM 1.50. Total= RM 5 (for breakfast). For lunch, it would be around RM 5 to 7.
IT'S CRAZY. For a day, you would end up RM 15 for food (might be higher than that too). So for a month, RM 450. Enough with the calculation. huuu.... That doesn't include the fat, calories, the greasy food, cholestrol bla bla bla....
Question
Is Herbalife
EXPENSIVE?
For something that would give you a good return, I would dare to say it is not.
If you take a good care of your body, it will not dissapoint you. The start now pack (100g) is RM 516. It can last for a month. So, not very much different from your daily food consumption price. But, hey, think about the health side. It gives you more nutrient, less calories etc. If you can invest a bit for your body, you will get to see its 'divident' later. So, why must we 'berkira-kira' when it comes to our health? If you can buy expensive clothes, bags or anything that will get fade or torn sooner or later, why not spend the money on your body and health?
