What is the different between Herbalife whey protein powder with other brands?
1) The taste.
2) Its effect.
I bought this for my students' handball team. After their training, they would drink this Formula 3. I also drink it. I could say that you will not feel tired and thirsty anymore. But, I would suggest you to take this protein with another drink, for example, the Herbalife Formula 1 as it tastes better. If you drink the Formula 3 only, you could feel the powder going down your throat and it tastes like soy drink.
Currently, I'm taking this with the Formula 1 every morning as my breakfast and I will not feel hungry for 3-4 hours. So, I can just have my lunch after that.
